01 Ordering and quotes
How long does it take to prepare a commercial proposal?
We prepare a calculation for a standard request within one working day. For large specifications and project documentation — up to 2–3 working days. In urgent cases, a same-day response is possible.
Can I request an estimate from a bill of quantities or project documentation?
Yes, there is a separate "Request an estimate from a bill of quantities" form — attach your project documentation or a link to the technical specification. A manager will get back to you with a consolidated quote for the entire specification.
Do you work with tenders and public procurement platforms?
Yes, we work under public procurement rules — Federal Law No. 44-FZ, Federal Law No. 223-FZ, Federal Law No. 275-FZ and Government Decree No. 615. We are ready to take part in tenders on federal trading platforms. We send our company profile and supporting documents on request.
02 Payment and documents
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer by invoice to the company's settlement account only. Shipment follows receipt of the funds. We do not work with cash.
What documents do you provide?
A full package: UPD (universal transfer document), contract, invoice, quality passports, certificates of conformity. We handle document flow via EDM (electronic document management), with scans sent by email.
03 Delivery and storage
How is delivery organised?
We deliver across Russia through partner transport companies. Within Moscow and the region — same-day if the material is in stock, in other regions — on an agreed schedule. We have experience with multimodal transport: road, rail, air, containers, river transport.
How much does it cost to store material at your warehouse?
Up to 20 days from the moment the order is ready for shipment — free of charge. If longer storage is required, we discuss individual terms with a manager when placing the order.
Can unused material be returned?
Yes, for construction companies a buy-back of unused material applies, provided the packaging is intact. The standard warranty and returns for private individuals are in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
04 Quality and testing
How do you check the quality of the material supplied?
Each batch comes with a quality passport and a certificate of conformity from the manufacturer. On request, we arrange incoming inspection and testing through a partner testing facility.
What is included in testing at the partner facility?
Tensile and bending strength, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, behaviour under dynamic loads. All stages are documented with photo and video recording. The report comes with application recommendations.
