The calculation is an estimate. Actual consumption depends on the type of structure (wall / ceiling), the number of openings and corners. A manager will clarify the details when preparing the quote.
How is it calculated?
Sheets: wall area ÷ sheet area, rounded up. With a 10% allowance — for cutting, defects and corner elements.
Screws: number of fastening lines × number of screws along the sheet × 4 lines (2 long sides + 2 in the middle).
UD profile: the track profile — fixed along the floor and ceiling, totalling 2 × wall width.
CD profile: the stud profile — installed at a set spacing (600 mm by default). Number of studs × wall height.
